Second Mortgage Lending and Support
ACU's Mountain Harbor Home Equity Line-of-Credit is Colorado's most fluid option for large-scale borrowing. The draw period lasts a full ten years with another fifteen to pay. This lets you flex your payment lower. There is no pre-payment penalty, so there isn't a problem paying it quicker either!Close
As opposed to the Mountain Harbor Line-of-Credit, the Mountain Terrace Fixed Second Mortgage is a rigid form of borrowing. Instead of borrowing as you go, you take one lump sum and pay in fixed payments. There is no variance and you always know what to expect. Not as flexible as the Mountain Harbor Line-of-Credit, the Mountain Terrace Fixed second offers tranquility and peace-of-mind. Close
An appraisal may be required for our home loans. Property must be your primary residence, located in the state of Colorado and insured. Payment Example: $50,000.00 loan at 4.99% APR for 180 months payment is approximately $396 (not including insurance and taxes). Note: Payment does not reflect any insurance premium. Our HELOC, specifically, is a variable rate based on prime. The absolute maximum that it can go is 18% APR. Closing fees typically range from $396 to $1,997. However, this can vary most notably based on the requirement of an appraisal.
