If you can spare a moment, we would love your opinions and feedback. For your time, we'll pay you $10 per online review through each of the four sites shown and linked on this page. Complete them all, we'll pay you a bonus $10 for a total of $50 that will be deposited to your account.
Again, we are looking for honest reviews. We won't get sad if you rip into us. Rather, we will get better with your feedback. Of course, we really want to hear that we are succeeding and serving our members. We also want to know our staff is doing well. If you mention your representative's name in a positive review, we will reward them up to $50 as well.
Lastly, and most importantly, we want to make sure you have a direct line to Arapahoe CU's executive management. If you have a particularly strong opinion, please use this form to make sure your concerns or compliments are expedited. The below form is processed immediately by the AVP of Communications and sent to executive management, if necessary.

Links are provided on this page. No substitutions of any kind. These reviews do not need to be unique. Instead, they can easily be copy and pasted from one platform to another. The credit union will make no exception based on the content of your review. Even negative reviews are helpful in maintaining our service. Payouts will be deposited into a checking or savings account within ten business days.
