This year's annual meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting — available at both the Admin building and virtually through a zoom link.
A link will be sent to all RSVPs prior to the meeting. Physical location is at 7201 S Broadway/ Littleton, CO 80122.

This business meeting is our annual report to the membership to present our audited financial condition and performance for the past year. The election for open volunteer positions on the Board of Directors is also held at this meeting.

Elections and Volunteers
Volunteers are an integral part of Arapahoe Credit Union. Personal satisfaction, educational opportunities, and being involved in important decision making are just some of the benefits of volunteer service. The ACU nominating committee has put forth currently serving volunteer Wyn Barrett for consideration for a three-year term on the Board of Directors. Additionally, the credit union is accepting applications from qualified candidates to serve. Interested members should complete a nomination form and submit it to the credit union by March 14th, 2025, Attn: Nominating Committee: 3999 E. Arapahoe Rd. Centennial, CO 80122. Elections will be held at Annual meeting.
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee serves as an oversight committee for the audit, account verifications, and internal controls of the credit union. This committee is appointed directly by the elected Board of Directors. A nominating form can be completed for Board consideration.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing policies, determining overall objectives, and setting long-range plans.
